Whether you are an experienced practitioner or a beginner, there are times when a one-on-one session can be very helpful.
Many beginners may feel intimidated to go to a group session at first. In one-on-one sessions Mariana spends time teaching the basics as well as helping to demystify the practice among other aspects of investigating individuals initial interest in yoga. For more experienced yogis, there are times when you just want somebody with a trained eye to take a look at your form. As attentive as one would like to be in one’s practice, injuries do happen.
These are actually great opportunities for yogis to deepen their practice – whether on the physical or emotional and energetic level. The injuries could be reoccurring or not, but usually one creates non balanced movement patterns to compensate for a weakness in certain parts of the body.
